These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the My Best Days application (the "App"), provided by Sihala Concepts ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. The service

My Best Days is a period, cycle, and fertility tracking app. It lets you log and view cycle data, receive predictions and reminders, and — with a Premium subscription — access additional features such as fertility insights, charting, and pregnancy mode.

2. Not medical advice

My Best Days is provided for informational and educational purposes only. Predictions are estimates and may be inaccurate. My Best Days is not a contraceptive and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider. You use the App and rely on its information at your own risk.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to create an account.

4. Subscriptions & billing

  • Premium is offered as an auto-renewing subscription purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play.
  • Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. You may also restore previous purchases in the App.
  • Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable; refunds are handled by the relevant app store under its policies.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the App, including attempting to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to the service or other users' data.

6. Intellectual property

The App and its content (excluding your own data) are owned by us and protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. Your data

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of the data you enter, and you can export or delete it at any time in the App.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions made in reliance on the App's predictions or information.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
